Job Description

The Services Billing Ops Administrator is responsible for invoicing all Custom/Dedicated Training, Software Development, Support, Implementation and Consulting Services orders. Additionally, this entails acting as the liaison between the Sales Account Manager, the Project Manager, Resource Management, all Services Personnel, and Finance. This role will also be assisting the Billing Coordination Manager as needed for tasks involving Services Management, Sales, Systems Maintenance, and Finance. The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities between departments, and a sense of urgency to meet customer and company demands.



Major Responsibilities/Activities

  • · Validate and Invoice Project billings as approved by Project Managers (including expenses)
  • · Assisting Project Managers with PSA (includes Milestone remediation and Q&A)
  • · Assisting Services employees with PSA (includes Timecard & Expense Report remediation and Q&A)
  • · Work with Operations Management and Leadership on project reporting as defined by Leadership
  • · Assist Operations Special Projects in processes and procedures related to services billing and time


Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of professional services/consulting operations
  • 3+ years of professional service/consulting project billing operations
  • 3+ years of general accounting for a professional services/consulting organization


Experience/Skill Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Mission Control software
  • Must be self-motivated and reliable
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Able to work overtime as needed for month-end processing or periodic volume spikes in business


Compensation$28.00-$32.00hr
