Lead DSO Success Consultant
Job Overview
The Lead DSO Success Consultant (LSC) leads revenue-cycle performance for assigned DSO and multi-site dental clients. This role combines hands-on dental billing expertise with team leadership, client communication, quality oversight, and financial accountability.
The LSC is responsible for keeping accounts financially healthy, identifying risks early, supporting team performance, and building strong client relationships.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM
Location: 100% Remote
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily revenue-cycle workflow and priorities for assigned accounts.
  • Monitor claims, posting, denials, rejections, A/R aging, EFTs, underpayments, and collections.
  • Review KPIs, identify financial risks and trends, and partner with leadership on corrective action.
  • Conduct quality audits and ensure billing, posting, reconciliation, and reporting remain accurate and current.
  • Lead client calls and provide clear updates on performance, priorities, and action plans.
  • Coach and support team members while serving as the first point of escalation.
  • Ensure weekly and month-end deliverables, reporting, reconciliation, and invoicing are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain HIPAA/PHI compliance and accurate documentation.
Qualifications
  • Dental billing experience required.
  • 2+ years of dental billing experience, including claims, insurance billing, A/R, posting, denials, and revenue-cycle workflows.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, organization, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze account performance and proactively identify financial risks.
  • Experience with DSO or multi-site dental practices is preferred.
  • Comfortable learning multiple Practice Management Software systems.
  • Denti-Cal experience is a plus.
  • Full daytime availability and ability to meet eAssist IT requirements.
Compensation & Location
$22/hour + potential monthly bonus
This is a 100% remote U.S.-based position with little to no travel. Candidates must reside within the United States. We are currently unable to hire applicants residing in Arizona, California, Massachusetts, Washington, or Washington D.C. for this position.
