Hours:                40 hours per week
Compensation:  Starting pay $30-32/hr depending on experience

Compliance Manager

The compliance team reviews and verifies document records to ensure the documentation complies with regulations and internal quality control practices. The Compliance Manager works closely with the Care Navigation team to advise what information is needed from the client to provide all available services efficiently. They monitor and confirm crucial documents and conduct file audits, ensuring all regulatory timelines are adhered to and are critical to ensuring a clean external audit.

Compliance Managers are skilled in time and priority management, have strong attention to detail and compliance, and have a high level of personal accountability. Compliance Managers collaborate extensively within the organization to meet grant requirements and monitoring, improve program outcomes through effective resource utilization, and increase funding opportunities due to effective governance of current programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external funding requirements
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of available funding sources and allowable uses to support Care Navigation team in providing resources needed to achieve client goals
  • Coordinate and review financial information to prioritize and direct staffing, resource allocation and objectives.
  • Initiate and direct changes to increase efficiency and meet contract objectives.
  • Manage to budget, staff, calendar and facilities to support organizational finance and operation goals per program.
  • Enforce rules and procedures for auditing, procurement, financial reporting and legal compliance.
  • Understand and comply with all program contract requirements, including timely and accurate submission of reports.
  • Support Director with development of projected annual budgets, allocations, and contract funding including invoicing and billing oversight.
  • Ensure accreditation, maintenance and safety programs are current and accurate.
  • Responsible for program guide development and updates as appropriate upon renewal including coordinating with data and finance to update systems accordingly
  • Manages hotel billing oversight and reconciliation
