We are a growing, fast-paced, physician-led office that is a leader in our field looking for a detail-oriented and motivated full-time Billing Specialist. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate billing and timely reimbursement for healthcare services provided by our practice. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and submitting accurate claims to insurance companies, government payers and patients
  • Reviewing patient accounts and verifying insurance coverages
  • Resolving claim denials, rejections and payment discrepancies
  • Posting payments and adjustments to patient accounts
  • Maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations including HIPAA
  • Communication with patients regarding billing inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Collaboration with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements
