Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in St. Peters, Missouri.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Hybrid BCBA role focused on Applied Behavior Analysis services, assessments, treatment planning, and clinical supervision
• Opportunity to work within supportive ABA environment with manageable caseload expectations
• Clinical leadership role supervising RBTs and supporting families through individualized care plans
• Hybrid structure combining in-office clinical work with remote flexibility
• Mission-driven ABA organization emphasizing clinical quality and work-life balance

Requirements:

• Active Missouri BCBA licensure REQUIRED

• Experience supervising RBTs REQUIRED
• Strong ABA treatment planning and assessment skills REQUIRED
