Job description

Franklin & Prokopik, a civil litigation defense firm, is currently seeking Liability and Workers’ Compensation Attorneys for our Herndon, VA office. The ideal candidate should possess 0-2 years of experience, Virginia bar required, experience in Workers’ Compensation and/or Liability a plus. Experience with billing hours, the ability to communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and all levels of management. This is a hands-on position with billable hours and heavy litigation. Experience with billable hours desired. VA bar required, D.C. a plus.
