Location: The IT System Associate role is located at our North American Headquarters in the AT&T (Batman) Building in downtown Nashville, TN. Overview

Design, build, and maintain web applications in support of the organization's web strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and implementation of web technologies
  • Develops and maintain web applications using various programming languages, frameworks, and tools
  • Demonstrate ability and solid work ethic to perform technical tasks including analysis, design, coding, debugging and implementation of web applications
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors and other departments to coordinate the projects and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain records and prepare reports to fulfill business requirements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and/or relevant work experience
  • 0-3+ years of experience in IT, including network operations and complex systems and programming
  • Proficient understanding of Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS, and SQL
  • Familiarity with Linux, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle, and AWS
  • Proficient understanding of Web development
  • Familiarity with server environments
  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills
  • Team player attitude with an eagerness to learn and the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates a collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a strong desire to help colleagues and stakeholders succeed
  • Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems) is a plus
  • Bilingual (English, Korean) is a plus
