Bilingual Web Developer information

What is a bilingual web developer?

A Bilingual Web Developer is a professional who designs, develops, and maintains websites or web applications while being proficient in two or more languages. This role requires strong technical skills in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various frameworks. In addition to programming expertise, bilingual web developers can communicate and create web content in multiple languages, making them valuable for companies targeting diverse or international audiences. They often work on translating websites, ensuring localization standards, and improving user experience for different language speakers.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a bilingual web developer?

To thrive as a Bilingual Web Developer, you need proficiency in web development languages (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript), fluency in two or more languages, and a relevant degree or coding certification. Familiarity with frameworks like React or Angular, experience with content management systems, and knowledge of version control tools like Git are commonly required. Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-cultural collaboration skills help bridge language gaps and foster effective teamwork. These skills enable developers to build user-friendly, accessible websites for diverse audiences while collaborating efficiently with global teams.

How does being bilingual enhance collaboration and communication within a web development team?

Being bilingual allows a web developer to bridge language gaps between team members, clients, or stakeholders who may speak different languages. This skill is especially valuable in multicultural teams or when working on international projects, as it fosters clearer communication, reduces misunderstandings, and helps ensure project requirements are accurately understood and implemented. Bilingual web developers often act as liaisons, facilitating smoother collaboration and enabling the team to deliver solutions tailored to diverse audiences.

What is the difference between Bilingual Web Developer vs Front-End Web Developer?

Job description

What you'll do:

We're looking for a Website Marketing Director to define and own the vision, strategy, and execution of NinjaTrader's web presence as a core growth engine. This role will set the direction for how our websites drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion while leading the development of scalable systems, content, and experiences that support global expansion and multiple business lines.

In this role you will:

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and execution of NinjaTrader.com and all sub-brand sites, aligning to company growth goals and establishing the website as a primary driver of customer acquisition and revenue
  • Partner with internal teams and external partners to manage and advance SEO and AEO across business units, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Product, Brand, and Engineering on priorities and execution. This includes influencing and executing large-scale initiatives such as site migrations, brand consolidation, and new product launches
  • Own CRO strategy and champion a culture of experimentation across the website between organic and paid initiatives, building and executing a structured testing roadmap to continuously improve user journeys, funnel performance, and conversion rates
  • Lead and develop a high-performing website team spanning technical web development, CRO, and content, setting clear goals, driving accountability, and elevating execution standards
  • Monitor and own site health. Proactively identify technical issues, track Core Web Vitals, and ensure performance, crawlability, and indexability standards are maintained across all properties
  • Pull and synthesize performance reports across organic, CRO, and site health metrics, translating data into clear strategic direction and executive-ready insights
  • Support international expansion strategy across 10+ EU markets, including localization, technical SEO, AEO, GEO, and scalable content frameworks to achieve targeted growth outcomes

What you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in SEO, website marketing, or digital strategy, with a track record of owning end-to-end website strategy and execution
  • Proven ability to drive measurable business impact through website initiatives, including organic growth, conversion rate optimization, and funnel performance
  • Experience translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and leading complex cross-functional initiatives, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align teams across Marketing, Product, Brand, and Engineering
  • Deep expertise in SEO, including technical SEO, site architecture, content strategy, international SEO (hreflang), and emerging areas such as Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and analytics/SEO tools (e.g., GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog), paired with a strong data-driven mindset
  • Strong product and program management orientation, with the ability to prioritize effectively and drive execution across multiple workstreams

Bonus points for:

  • Experience leading website strategy within fintech, trading platforms, or other highly regulated industries
  • Experience scaling international or multilingual web ecosystems across multiple markets
