Responsibilities

• Lead the development, optimization, and ongoing growth of Acumen Agency’s global websites and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain a highly professional, visually exceptional digital presence that reflects Acumen Agency as a global marketing and professional services company.
• Create sophisticated, modern, visually rich websites featuring polished layouts, animation, interactive elements, motion graphics, video, and other engaging digital experiences.
• Develop a scalable website architecture capable of supporting hundreds of pages across Acumen Agency’s extensive service offerings, industries, markets, and client segments.
• Develop, integrate, and manage e-commerce functionality for the sale of professional services, products, subscriptions, digital products, and other offerings.
• Optimize websites for technical SEO, on-page SEO, site architecture, structured data, page speed, Core Web Vitals, indexing, and organic search visibility.
• Develop strategies to increase qualified organic traffic, backlinks, domain authority, leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Implement comprehensive analytics, conversion tracking, attribution, event tracking, funnels, and reporting.
• Optimize landing pages, service pages, product pages, calls-to-action, forms, checkout processes, and conversion paths.
• Develop multilingual and international website capabilities, including language optimization, localized content, international SEO, and scalable regional structures.
• Integrate websites with CRM, payment systems, marketing platforms, analytics systems, automation tools, APIs, and other business technologies.
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable, high-performance web infrastructure.
• Continuously improve website usability, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, functionality, security, and performance.
• Work closely with marketing, SEO, content, design, business development, and e-commerce teams to ensure the website supports measurable commercial objectives.
• Develop systems for publishing and managing a large volume of content while maintaining consistent design, quality, branding, and SEO standards.
• Monitor website analytics and identify opportunities to increase traffic, engagement, lead generation, sales, and revenue.
• Research emerging web technologies, AI tools, e-commerce technologies, design trends, and digital marketing opportunities.
• Manage external developers, designers, agencies, contractors, and technology providers when required.
• Establish scalable development standards, documentation, workflows, security practices, and technical systems.
• Take ownership of the website as a major marketing, business development, e-commerce, and revenue-generating asset for Acumen Agency.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in full-stack web development and modern website architecture.
• Strong expertise in front-end development, back-end development, databases, APIs, CMS platforms, and web technologies.
• Strong e-commerce development and integration experience.
• Exceptional understanding of modern web design, UX/UI, animation, interactive experiences, responsive design, and visual presentation.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, analytics, conversion optimization, backlinks, website performance, and digital marketing.
• Experience building large, content-rich websites with hundreds of pages or complex information architectures.
• Experience developing multilingual and internationally optimized websites is strongly preferred.
• Experience integrating payment processing, CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics, and third-party platforms.
• Strong understanding of website security, performance, scalability, accessibility, and maintenance.
• Ability to combine technical expertise with strong commercial and marketing judgment.
• Demonstrated history of building websites that generate measurable traffic, leads, sales, or revenue.
• Highly entrepreneurial, creative, analytical, and results-oriented.
• Ability to eventually build and lead a larger web development and digital technology team.
