A Bilingual Vice President is an executive leader who is fluent in two languages and holds a vice president position within an organization. This role typically involves overseeing teams, departments, or divisions while facilitating communication and operations across different language groups or international branches. Bilingual Vice Presidents are valuable assets for companies with global operations or diverse workforces, as they can bridge language barriers, build relationships, and enhance collaboration. Their language skills enable them to negotiate, strategize, and represent their organization in multiple linguistic and cultural settings.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a bilingual vice president?

To thrive as a Bilingual Vice President, you need advanced leadership abilities, strategic business acumen, and fluency in at least two languages, often supported by a relevant degree and significant executive experience. Familiarity with global business management systems, financial software, and cross-cultural communication tools is typically required. Exceptional interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and decisive problem-solving set standout leaders apart in this role. These skills are crucial for driving international growth, managing diverse teams, and fostering effective communication across global markets.

Job description

What We Need

We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Product based in the U.S. or Ontario, Canada to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our industry-leading network automation platform powered by Agentic AI. This role is ideal for a product leader with deep expertise in enterprise networking and a strong, forward-looking point of view on how AI will transform network operations.

As VP of Product, you will define how our platform evolves to solve complex challenges for enterprise customers-bringing together automation, AI-driven intelligence, and intuitive user experiences. You will also lead a globally distributed product organization, ensuring alignment and execution across regions.

What You'll Do

  • Define Product Vision & Differentiation: Establish a clear, compelling product vision and articulate how we uniquely differentiate in the network automation and AI landscape.
  • Lead AI-Driven Innovation: Develop a strong, opinionated perspective on how Agentic AI should be applied to enterprise networks, translating that into impactful product capabilities.
  • Own the Product Lifecycle: Lead end-to-end product management-from ideation through launch and continuous iteration.
  • Lead a Global Product Organization: Oversee and mentor a distributed product team across the North America and Beijing, driving alignment, collaboration, and high-quality execution.
  • Drive B2B Product Excellence: Build products that address complex enterprise needs, with a deep understanding of B2B buying cycles, stakeholders, and value realization.
  • Customer-Centric Leadership: Translate customer insights into scalable, intuitive solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive product delivery.
  • Market Insight & Strategy: Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, enterprise networking trends, and emerging AI capabilities.

What You Bring

  • B2B Product Leadership: Proven experience leading product management in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Enterprise Networking Expertise: Strong background in enterprise computer networking (e.g., network operations, infrastructure, observability, or automation).
  • AI Thought Leadership: A forward-thinking and well-formed point of view on applying AI-particularly Agentic AI-to enterprise systems and workflows.
  • Global Leadership Capability: Experience leading distributed teams across geographies, with the ability to align teams across cultures and time zones.
  • Bilingual Communication: Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Strategic & Conceptual Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear product direction and long-term vision.
  • Opinionated & Decisive: Brings strong product instincts and is confident forming and defending strategic perspectives.
  • Intuitive Problem Solver: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and identifying non-obvious solutions to complex challenges.
  • Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.
  • Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.
