ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Telemarketer for Iris Lopez Insurance Agency, Inc., youll help us connect with prospective and existing customers in a respectful, customer-first way. Youll place outbound calls to introduce our State Farm insurance options, gather helpful information, and schedule appointments so our team can provide personalized guidance. Your role significantly supports our daily operations and contributes to customers success by helping ensure the right conversations happen at the right time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce State Farm insurance products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant customer information for the sales team.
  • Answer basic questions and provide initial information about insurance options (as permitted by licensing and training requirements).
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for licensed agents.
  • Maintain and update database with prospect and interaction details.

QUALIFICATIONS
