Hiring Immediately – Bilingual Production Supervisor – Irving, TX:
Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Production Supervisor job in Irving, TX.  As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible overseeing and directing the daily operation of the Production Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring a safe efficient operation in achieving business targets.  

Pay and Benefits
Starting salary of $65,000/year and great benefits available.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual with ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
  • Minimum 5 years leadership experience 
  • Previous experience working in food production is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain consistent communication between the customer, coworkers, and management at all times
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to provide training and give direction
