Korean-English Operations Coordinator -(Quality, Logistics & Project Support)
Location: Taylor, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.

We are looking for a Bilingual Operations Coordinator (Korean-English) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people, operations, and problem-solving. In this role, you will serve as the primary communication bridge between Korean-speaking employees and English-speaking clients, vendors, and project teams while supporting quality control, logistics, inventory, and daily operations.If you're bilingual, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working both in the office and in the field, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Bilingual Communication & InterpretationInterpret and translate between Korean and English during meetings, inspections, and daily operations.Serve as the primary liaison between Korean-speaking employees and English-speaking management, clients, vendors, and contractors.Assist with communication involving project updates, technical discussions, and operational issues.

Quality Control Support
Coordinate daily quality inspections with project teams and Quality Assurance Managers.
Assist with inspection documentation and ensure records are accurate and complete.
Help communicate technical requirements and resolve field-related issues.Logistics & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate deliveries with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and project sites.
Verify shipping documents, purchase orders, and receiving records.
Schedule equipment rentals and coordinate vendor communications.
Assist with material returns and inventory replenishment.
Inventory & Administrative Support
Maintain inventory records using Microsoft Excel.
Track tools, equipment, and materials.Prepare purchase orders, invoices, receiving documentation, and reports.
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Employee Support
Assist with onboarding Korean-speaking employees.
Explain company policies, work schedules, safety requirements, and daily procedures.
Help ensure clear communication between office staff and field personnel.

Qualifications
Required
Fluent in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work in both office and industrial/construction environments.
Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred
Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, logistics, industrial operations, or project coordination.
Experience with inventory management or quality documentation.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
