The group you'll be a part of The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes. The impact you'll make Leads process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices.

Plans, manages, and controls the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group or team. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc. Advises business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application.

Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function. What you'll do We are seeking an experienced Overseas Operations Manager to support and scale global field service operations.

This role coordinates with headquarters, GAT and regional (geo) teams to ensure overseas sites are properly staffed, skilled, funded and ready to meet customer and business needs Who we're looking for Align regional execution with global service strategy and customer commitments : coordinate with Corp, GAT, Geo ops, and LRT ROM Support workforce planning, resource optimization, and ramp readiness Deliver predictable results through execution of operational frameworks : Identify and mitigate operational risks related to coverage and readiness Enable cross-regional coordination and best-practices sharing Track operational metrics and provide clear updates to leadership Support GAT and corporate initiatives, process improvements, and compliance Preferred qualifications Experience in field service, global operations, or regional operations roles Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to work effectively across regions and cultures Bilingual English and Mandarin with strong on negotiation, facilitation, cross-cultural collaboration, and conflict resolution. Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6-8 years of management experience. An advanced degree preferred.
