Executive Assistant (Bilingual Mandarin/English) | Las Vegas, NV


Nexeo Staffing is hiring an Executive Assistant for a growing global hospitality supply and procurement company serving luxury hotels, resorts, and commercial hospitality properties throughout North America, Asia, and international markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, creative, and proactive professional who enjoys supporting executive leadership, managing competing priorities, and contributing new ideas in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English, comfortable working with international vendors and clients, and confident managing executive-level administrative responsibilities.


Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and business activities
  • Conduct product development and market research projects
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate deliveries and timelines
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and business development projects
  • Create informational and marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop
  • Support social media activities and online marketing efforts
  • Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Assist with office operations and administrative projects as needed
  • Track deadlines, priorities, and follow-up items for leadership
  • Provide professional support in a dynamic, international business environment


Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal)
  • Previous Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or Executive Support experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
  • Adobe Photoshop experience
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and travel schedules
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable interacting with vendors, suppliers, and business partners
  • Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred:

    • Experience supporting executives or senior leadership

Pay

Full Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
