Job Title: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (Bilingual Mandarin)

Reports To: VP of Integrated Services

About the Role:
We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) licensed in New York State to join our expanding telehealth team. This is a unique opportunity to provide impactful, one-on-one medical nutrition therapy (MNT) and counseling to patients across New York — all from the comfort of your home.

You’ll work with patients managing chronic conditions, digestive health, weight concerns, and general wellness. This role offers clinical autonomy while being supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Deliver one-on-one counseling and follow-ups via HIPAA-compliant telehealth tools.
  • Accurately document all encounters in the EHR system.
  • Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and care coordinators.
  • Educate patients and families on dietary strategies and supplement use.
  • Stay current on evidence-based practices and telehealth standards.
  • Contribute to patient satisfaction and care quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) via the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist (CDN) license in New York State.
  • At least 1 year of clinical or outpatient nutrition experience.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Athena, SimplePractice, AdvancedMD).
  • Strong communication and tech literacy.
  • A secure remote workspace with high-speed internet.
  • Bilingual (Mandarin Chinese).

Preferred / Huge Plus:
  • Medicare and/or Medicaid provider enrollment.
  • Prior telehealth or digital health experience.
  • Specialty certifications (e.g., CDCES, renal nutrition, pediatric nutrition).
