This is a full-time on-site position located in Woodland, WA. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day one!



Requirements

  • Oversee and support recruiting and onboarding of new employees;
  • Update, maintain, audit HRIS systems;
  • Generate HR reporting and metrics;
  • Support production in tracking employee training;
  • Assist in achieving HR departmental goals, programs, and projects;
  • One year HR experience;
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred;
  • HR/Recruiting experience preferred;
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
