About This Role
Join Us as a Bilingual Trainer & Business Coach (English/Spanish)

Location: Remote (United States)

Schedule: Flexible / part-time (15–25 hours/week)

Compensation: $32.00 – $42.00 / hour (commensurate with location and experience)


What You'll Do
The Role & Mission

This is an operational coaching and business consulting role designed for professionals like you, with experience in business management, leadership, or consulting. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Inspire & Educate: Lead bilingual coaching sessions and business training focused on financial sustainability, revenue modeling, and operational growth for child care center owners.
  • Provide 1-on-1 Business Guidance: Analyze financial and operational needs for child care providers to help them build actionable business growth plans.
  • Facilitate Executive Workshops: Design and present interactive business workshops to train local child care owners and directors on leadership and administrative operations.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for a compassionate, entrepreneurial-minded communicator who loves making connections. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:


  • Full Fluency in English and Spanish (you’ll be connecting with clients in both languages regularly).
  • A background in business consulting or child care management.
  • A passion for teaching, listening, and celebrating other people’s wins.
  • Flexibility to accommodate evening or occasional weekend sessions when family child care providers are free.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience running, managing, or consulting directly with Family Child Care home providers.
  • Familiarity with child care subsidy programs, food programs (CACFP), and federal/state child care grant reporting.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques.
  • Experience developing training materials or learning resources.
  • Familiarity with virtual and blended learning environments.
  • Knowledge of child care business operations and industry best practices.
