Job Description
Position Duties and Responsibilities
To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform common and uncommon occurrences of each of the following under general supervision from your manager:
Actively engage members and establish a high-quality service environment by having a courteous and helpful attitude.
Educate and cross-sell members on the credit union's product and service offerings that can help them meet and exceed their financial needs.
Promptly process member transaction requests on all applicable credit union products and services. Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues from across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union's products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, banking regulations, banking policies and procedures and current promotions. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications and Skill Requirements
High School Diploma/ GED required AND minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required.
Bilingual English/Spanish a must.
