Associate, Investments – Buyout & LBO Strategy

Gemspring Capital is looking for an Associate to join their Investments team. This role involves evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analyses, and working closely with portfolio companies to enhance their operations. It’s a great chance to be part of a dynamic team in a growing private equity firm.

What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate new investment opportunities and conduct financial modeling
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with portfolio company management to drive improvements
What You Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • At least 1 year of Private Equity Buyout or Special Situations experience
  • 2 years at a top investment bank or consulting firm
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks
