Position: Bilingual Assistant Manager
 Location: Houston, Texas 77091
 Pay: $22.00 HR
 Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm

Position Summary

ASAP Personnel is seeking a qualified Assistant Property Manager to support apartment communities while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with rent collections and delinquency management.

• Process notices, renewals, and resident account updates.

• Support leasing operations and occupancy goals.

• Maintain resident files and compliance records.

• Handle resident inquiries and escalations.

• Prepare financial and occupancy reports.

• Assist with vendor coordination.

• Support move-ins and move-outs.

• Monitor receivables and payment plans.

• Ensure Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant apartment industry experience preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver's license where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Apartment industry experience strongly preferred.

• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, or MRI where applicable.
