Assistant Teacher Responsibilities
• Support the Lead Teacher in creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences
• Take initiative and proactively assist with classroom needs and daily routines
• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and team members

• Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field OR CDA certification
• 5-10 years of experience in licensed childcare OR 2-3 years in a Montessori environment
