Join Redwood Smoke Shack, a Texas inspired BBQ joint in Suffolk VA. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to lead our team to success. At Redwood, we take pride in our delicious, mouth-watering BBQ and unique dining experience that keeps our customers coming back for more.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising, managing and motivating Team Members on a daily basis to achieve the goals and maintain the standards set forth by the Redwood Mission Statement and Management
  • Interacting with customers and addressing any questions or concerns within your scope of knowledge and ability
  • Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee daily operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with providing proper training of new hires
  • Key holder responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role
  • Passion for BBQ and exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work weekends and 8-9 hour shifts
