Job Description:
The Hadoop Developer will assist with a commercial project to develop, integrate, test, and maintain the existing and the new big data applications with latest Big Data tools set. This person will also help integrate Big Data with the Data Virtualization Framework by writing custom code in Java / Python.
Required Skills:
  • Strong expertise with Big Data and Hadoop technologies.
  • Experience of Hortonworks / Cloudera and other Big Data OS related products.
  • Experience in Spark & Hive technologies in expertise level.
  • Experience in creating Hive tables, loading and analyzing data using Hive queries
  • Experience with Hbase/ Streaming viewed as a value add.
  • Experience with DW/BI and related tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science; related field or equivalent work experience.
