Job description

A warm and busy Miami family is seeking a fun and active Manny to join their childcare team and help care for their two older sons, ages 5 and 3. The schedule includes one weeknight from approximately 3:00pm to 7:00pm, plus weekends from approximately 8:00am to 7:00pm.

The family is looking for someone with a warm, engaging, big brother presence who brings energy, reliability, and initiative to the role. The ideal candidate is confident driving the children, comfortable spending time outdoors, and experienced working within a UHNW household. A ROTA nanny will also be on staff and will assist with the boys as needed.


  • Provide engaged, hands on care
  • Drive children to and from activities as needed
  • Plan and lead outdoor play and activities
  • Support smooth handoffs during weeknight and weekend coverage with other care team members

  • Warm, engaging, big brother presence
  • Comfortable and experienced working in a UHNW household
