The Radiology Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), is seeking enthusiastic applicants for full-time positions in the Breast Imaging Radiology Division. The successful candidate will join our department of more than 80 faculty who serve the Medical Center's main campus and a network of community hospitals and outpatient locations. As a member of Breast Imaging, the candidate will focus their efforts on mammography at BIDMC in Boston, MA. Candidates will perform a wide range of breast imaging studies and procedures including screening, diagnostic exams, ultrasound, MRI and needle localization, and biopsy. Positions available for weekday coverage only; no evenings or weekends are required. Highly competitive compensation package and benefits.
Job Requirements:
โ€ข Board-eligible or board-certified in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology
โ€ข Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
โ€ข Fellowship training in breast imaging is required
โ€ข Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
โ€ข Excellent communications skills a must
As a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School (HMS), BIDMC and the Department of Radiology provide a clinically advanced and supportive academic environment for residents, fellows, and faculty. We're also proud and excited to be an integral part of the landmark collaboration among Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI), Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), and Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) to establish New England's only freestanding adult inpatient cancer hospital. The collaboration will provide unparalleled opportunities for breast imaging and other physician specialties to be part of DFCI's internationally recognized cancer team. This position will be a future primary liaison with the Breast Oncology multi-specialist team at DFCI, once the BIDMC-DFCI collaboration is complete.

Pay Range:
$460,000 - $520,000
The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
