What is a bidding contract?

Bidding contracts are formal agreements that are awarded through a competitive bidding process, typically used by organizations or government agencies to procure goods, services, or construction work. In this process, suppliers or contractors submit bids detailing their prices and terms, and the contract is usually awarded to the bidder that meets all requirements at the best value. This ensures transparency, fairness, and cost-effectiveness in the selection of vendors. Bidding contracts can be open, selective, or negotiated, depending on the project's needs and regulations.
