About the Role

CertaPro Painters is seeking a Business Development Representative to help expand our commercial painting presence throughout the Chicagoland area.
This is a relationship-driven role part sales, part networking, and part territory development. Youll build awareness with property managers, facility directors, schools, HOAs, and business owners, helping open doors for our estimating team to bid and win new projects.

What Youll Do

  • Develop new commercial painting opportunities across the Chicago metro area through outbound prospecting, networking, and local marketing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, HOAs, and business owners.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns through calls, emails, social media, and in-person visits.
  • Represent CertaPro Painters at business and community events to increase visibility and brand awareness.
  • Partner with our estimating and production teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Track and manage all outreach activity in our CRM.

  • 13 years of business development, B2B sales, or marketing experience preferred (construction, painting, or service industry background a plus).
