Job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail -oriented Bid Assistant to support our team with preparing bid proposals and ensuring compliance with licensing and permitting requirements. This role involves reviewing bid documents, extracting key data into spreadsheets, assisting with bid preparation and managing the timely renewal of permits and licenses. The ideal candidate will be proactive, thorough and capable of handling multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.

Duties

  • Review and interpret bid invitations, RFP's, RFQ's and related documents.
  • Extract key information and organize into a tracking spreadsheet.
  • Assist in gathering required documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of bid materials.
  • Help submit bid packages.

Skills

  • Experience in administrative support, construction bidding and permitting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight schedules.
