Civil Engineer

Land Development, Public Works, Traffic, or Agriculture Location - Visalia, Clovis, or San Luis Obispo, CA or Denver, CO Work Schedule Monday-Thursday-9 Hours, Friday-4 Hours

Responsibilities

4Creeks is seeking a Civil Engineer to work under the direction of a Professional Engineer in a fast-paced environment with a driven and growing team. Responsibilities for this position include designing various projects, depending on the team/market sector. Other responsibilities include helping manage project budgets, building client relationships, quality control of projects, overseeing and mentoring young EITs, and overall project management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • The position requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a licensed PE in a project management role
  • Candidate must be a licensed Civil Engineer, CA or CO preferred, but not required right away
  • The ideal candidate will have working knowledge in the preparation of plans, engineering design for various engineering projects, and exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • AutoCAD experience (version 2009 or higher, Civil 3D preferred) is required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is required

Compensation

The salary will be determined by the candidates skill and experience level and highly competitive with industry standards. The benefits package includes employee health coverage (50% coverage for dependents), company 401(k) contribution, participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), and performance bonuses. The expected pay range for these positions is $100,000-$130,000 annually; however, it is dependent on years and level of experience.
