To thrive as a Biblical Hebrew specialist, you need advanced proficiency in the Biblical Hebrew language, a strong background in biblical studies or linguistics, and often a relevant academic degree. Familiarity with ancient texts, academic translation software, and digital library resources like Accordance or Logos is commonly required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams are valuable soft skills in this field.
