Albuquerque Bible Church (http://albuquerquebiblechurch.com) is searching for a full-time Lead Pastor.
Requirements
The Qualifications
We are looking for the following qualification based on Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.
These qualifications include:
• Must have a good reputation among church members (beyond reproach)
  • A Faithful husband (not a womanizer)
  • Is known to use wise judgement (church & home)
  • Shows graciousness to others & is welcoming to church visitors
  • Able to teach expository & topical lessons (preferred)
  • Shuns alcohol, tobacco, and drugs
  • Acts as a peacemaker
  • Is not a lover of money
  • Is a godly family leader that has the respect of his wife & children
  • Has a proven leadership track record in his community with at least 5 years leadership experience in a Christian organization or 3 years experience as a Pastor in an evangelical church
  • Must be an ordained minister from a reputable organization or church
