Events Specialist, Reformation Bible College
Do you thrive on bringing people together and creating unforgettable experiences? Reformation Bible College is looking for a dynamic Events Specialist to join our team! From Preview Weekend to commencement, art series to student life events, and even our Always Ready youth conferences—you’ll be at the heart of it all. This role is perfect for someone who loves planning, coordinating, and ensuring every detail runs seamlessly. You’ll collaborate with departments across campus, support student life, and help showcase RBC’s mission through events that inspire and connect. If you’re highly organized, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and get excited about making events come to life, we’d love for you to apply!
In this role you will:
  • Lead all aspects of planning for internal events, including:
    • Securing a vision and gathering requirements from stakeholders
    • Coordinating with staff to meet logistical, AV, and IT requirements
    • Ensuring assets and giveaways are delivered on time
    • Coordinating with outside vendors
    • Providing on-site supervision at the time of the event
  • Develop, capture, and speak into process efficiencies within the events department
  • Oversee campus hospitality initiatives, and coordinate and deliver campus tours as needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Professional, courteous, and a clear communicator
  • Daily task-oriented flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Agreement with the Ligonier Ministries' Extended Statement of Faith

This position is for a non-profit Christian ministry located in Sanford, FL. At this time, we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States.
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 per hour. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.
