Administrative Assistant, Enrollment Strategy, Reformation Bible College
Are you passionate about education, ministry, and making a meaningful impact? Reformation Bible College (RBC) is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in a key administrative support role within our enrollment department.
What You'll Do
As an essential member of the team, you'll provide top-tier administrative support to RBC's enrollment strategy. Your work will play a vital role in ensuring that our enrollment functions run smoothly and efficiently, making a difference for prospective students, faculty, staff, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize amp; Coordinate: Help manage the director of enrollment strategy’s schedule, meetings, travel, and key RBC activities.
  • Administrative Support: Update and organize files, answer inquiries, proofread communications, and design important documents and charts.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost care and professionalism, while supporting the development of new processes.
  • Project Management: Lead and contribute to special projects, including coordinating mailings, disseminating information, and more.
  • Communication amp; Coordination: Be a vital liaison between departments, outside vendors, and guests, ensuring seamless communication and guest care.
  • Support the Team: Assist with Creative requests, admissions team support, and planning for conferences and events.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience supporting high-level positions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Professional presentation and a commitment to excellence
  • A deep affirmation of Ligonier’s Extended Statement of Faith
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 hourly. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.
