Job Summary

Evaluates, designs, and develops enterprise business intelligence reports, dashboards, and solution dosely across multiple departments and IT teams to ensure dashboards, reports, data, and metri reliable and clear information that accurately assists with planning, measuring, trending and enh operational performance. Research technology best-practices, implement frameworks, and align with strategic business initiatives. Analyzes metric data sources, monitors data quality, defines lo dependencies, and builds comprehensive business process dashboards or reports.

Essential Functions

l. Evaluates customers' needs and abilities in order to provide appropriate solutions.

2. Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources using standard SQL.

3. Creates complex, visually appealing, and interactive dashboards/scorecards/reports to sups: processes such as compliance and regulatory needs etc., including related trends, and projE

4. Determines data quality and assists in analysis of data consistency derived from transactior intelligence systems.

5. Works with DBAs to design data ETL extractions and manipulations to support production

analyses and reports.

6. Provides guidance on industry best-practices and help select strategic data platforms, too� processes.

7. Recommends standards, policies, and procedures for the form, structure, and attributes oft

systems.

8. Provides support and training to business teams as necessary. Assists with unit testing sys testing and user ac:ceptanc:e testing.

9. Supports the company's commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems

10 Filters and "deans" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicate and correct sources of data error.

13. Follows established change control processes as necessary.

14. Leverages existing data and reports to minimize unnecessary data and report creation.

Minimum Qualifications/Special Requirements/Success Factors

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field and two year: responsible experience in a directly related area such as Business Intelligence systems and adva1 reporting tools.

Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required skills and abilities is qualifying. One year of relevant experience may be substituted for each . education.
