Job description

MANTECH seeks a driven and organized Project Scheduler to join our team in Oahu, HI. This role plays a critical part in enabling agile, integrated logistics and sustainment operations by coordinating and maintaining project schedules across multiple concurrent efforts. You will work alongside mission partners and government stakeholders to ensure schedule integrity, transparency, and responsiveness in a complex, dynamic operational environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for task order deliverables and associated Projects
* Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Government stakeholders, subcontractors, and logistics teams to integrate project timelines, resources, and milestones
* Track and analyze schedule performance, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
* Provide real-time schedule visibility to support Government decision-making and enable predictive analytics
* Produce reporting dashboards and briefings to communicate schedule status to leadership and mission partners
* Support transition-in and transition-out planning by aligning project milestones with onboarding and offboarding activities
* Incorporate changes to scope, resources, and priorities into updated IMS documentation Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
* High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree.
* 9+ years of experience in project scheduling, integrated planning, or program control; with 4+ years within a government contracting or DoD environment
* Demonstrated experience building and managing schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools
* Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), Critical Path Method (CPM), and schedule risk analysis Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in a relevant discipline
* Experience supporting logistics, sustainment, or defense operations
* Familiarity with Joint Operational Planning or Special Operations logistics frameworks
* Proficiency with scheduling dashboards or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Primavera, MS Project Server) Clearance Requirements: * Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance. Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
