Navy ERP Support: Honolulu, HI (User Management & Governance)

Position Overview Providing oversight of workflow integrity and access controls, this role supports the Navy ERP user management and governance team in Honolulu. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of user onboarding/offboarding, role-based access control (RBAC), and Segregation of Duties (SoD) to maintain audit readiness. Additionally, you will develop Power BI solutions to monitor workflow performance and identify operational risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identity Management: Execute RBAC provisioning/deprovisioning and manage user onboarding/offboarding workflows.
  • Governance & Audit: Govern Segregation of Duties (SoD) and internal controls to ensure compliance with BSO direction and audit standards.
  • Dashboard Development: Build Power BI/Power Query dashboards for executive-ready reporting and KPI tracking of workflow performance.
  • Triage: Resolve authorization defects and access-related issues impacting business processes across the command.
  • Documentation: Standardize user management processes by developing SOPs and governance guides.

Required Technical Skills

  • User Management (UM): Direct experience with Navy ERP User Management provisioning and access controls.
  • Data Analytics: Proficiency in Power BI and Power Query for dashboarding and transaction analytics.
  • RBAC & SoD: Deep knowledge of role-based access control and the principles of segregation of duties in an ERP environment.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex authorization defects.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Navy ERP UM History: Prior experience specifically supporting PACFLT commands in User Management.
  • SharePoint Administration: Experience managing SharePoint sites for enterprise visibility and dashboard access controls.
  • Compliance Review: Experience conducting data integrity assessments and compliance audits.
