  • Facilitate root cause analyses and ensure effective implementation of corrective action plans.

  • Manage the Patient Safety Council and integrate corporate and facility risk reduction strategies.

  • Analyze incident trends and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to minimize risk exposure and ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting agencies.

  • Provide education, consultation, and guidance to leadership and staff on risk mitigation, patient safety, and compliance issues.

  • Serve as a key liaison for regulatory surveys and accreditation activities related to risk and safety.

    • Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a related field preferred.

    • Registered Nurse (RN) background preferred.

  • License/Certification:

    • Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across clinical and administrative teams.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $104,620 – $134,412 (commensurate with experience).
