Assignment DetailsCoverage Dates: ASAP - Ongoing NeedOngoing Need:

  • 1 full-time provider beginning August 10, 2026
  • 1 additional 4-day/week provider beginning August 31, 2026

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMFlexible 4-5 day work week availableShift Length: 8-10 hours depending on patient volumeNo additional hours beyond 8 per day until minimum of 12 patients is metOvertime paid after 40 hours per week
