We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of MVP Pub and Picks Restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness

- Lead, motivate, and manage the outlet staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences

- Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and standards to optimize efficiency and profitability
