Job description

SUMMARY 

The Beverage Cart Stocker is responsible for preparing, stocking, and organizing beverage carts used for airline catering operations. This role ensures all carts are accurately stocked with beverages, supplies, and equipment in accordance with airline specifications, safety standards, and company procedures. The Beverage Cart Stocker plays a critical role in supporting on-time departures and maintaining product quality and compliance within Sky Café operations. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Stock beverage carts with required items including drinks, ice, cups, napkins, and related supplies according to airline specifications 
  • Verify accuracy of stock levels and ensure proper product rotation (FIFO) 
  • Inspect carts for cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with safety and quality standards 
  • Maintain inventory of beverages and supplies; report shortages or discrepancies 
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverage items in compliance with safety regulations 
  • Assist with loading and staging carts for transport to aircraft 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage and preparation spaces 
  • Follow all company safety, security, and operational procedures 
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational timelines and service requirements 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 18 years of age or older 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions 
  • Basic math skills for inventory counts and tracking 
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly 
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any required credentials or clearances (e.g., airport badging, security clearances, or RAIC as applicable) 
  • Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
