Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assist them with their selections, and provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding our beer, wine, and spirits offerings.
  • Sales & Promotion: Utilize active upselling techniques to drive product awareness and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Merchandising & Inventory: Maintain attractive, well-organized, and fully stocked product displays according to company standards.
  • Stock Management: Safely handle heavy lifting during deliveries, perform store walkthroughs to identify restocking needs, and keep inventory/stock areas organized.
  • Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently process customer transactions, manage cash handling, and handle pricing adjustments accurately.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and report store inventory needs to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but we will train the right candidate! An enthusiastic and positive attitude is essential.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to safely and efficiently lift and move heavy stock items (such as cases and kegs) in a retail or warehouse setting.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with basic math proficiency for handling customer transactions and inventory counts.
  • Availability: Flexible availability to work store hours (including weekends or evenings as needed).
