• Oversightofcampuscateringprogrammingandmanagementofthird-partyfoodprovider
• Thisincludesreviewing,approving,andensuringtimelypaymentofcateringinvoices,supportingaccuratecosttracking,resolvingbillingdiscrepancies,andpartneringwithfinanceandvendorstomaintainstrongfinancialcontrols
• Additionaloversightissupportedacrosskeyfoodamenityprograms,includingtheWalmartGrab&GoMarketprogram,coffeeshops,andfoodtruckplazas
• Effortsincludeidentifyinggapsinfoodquality,quantity,presentation,andpricing;addressingassociateconcerns;andsupportingefficientordering,delivery,setup,andserviceexecution.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in program management with the ability to drive multiple business plans and projects to successful completion.
• Strong leadership skills in supervising, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement, gap analysis, and implementing best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate program performance and inform decision-making.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing change and overcoming obstacles.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and other tools to support program execution and reporting.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
