Front of House Restaurant Manager - The Stonebreaker Hotel
The Stonebreaker Hotel is looking for a FOH Restaurant Manager to join our team!
Lead front-of-house operations for the hotel's signature restaurant, bar, and lounge, with primary responsibility for developing and executing the beverage program. Oversee daily service standards while creating memorable guest experiences that align with the property's elevated, hospitality-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient restaurant performance.
  • Design, curate, and manage the complete beverage program, including cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic offerings.
  • Develop seasonal cocktail menus that complement the restaurant's culinary vision and showcase regional ingredients.
  • Manage beverage inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and cost controls to maximize profitability while minimizing waste.
  • Train, mentor, and lead bartenders and service staff on cocktail techniques, wine knowledge, spirits education, and responsible alcohol service.
  • Monitor beverage cost, labor, and sales performance, using reporting and inventory analysis to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with Arkansas alcohol regulations, health codes, and company standards.
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to develop food and beverage pairings, special events, and promotional programming.
