We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our CMC Management Team as the Food & Beverage Manager.

Job Duties:

  • Manage all F&B operations
  • Hire, train, and coach all F&B associates
  • Comply with all Health and Safety regulations
  • Assist Hotel General Manager and participate in our Manager on Duty program
  • Audit and confirm all Food and Beverage meet franchise and CMC Hotels standard

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts, preferred
  • Minimum 2-year management experience and or 2 years Hotel restaurant experience
  • Must be able to perform all F&B duties, to include cooking, bartending, and serving
  • Experience with Micros and OnQ PMS operating systems a plus
  • Guest oriented and service minded
  • Able to multi-task and delegate, in order to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must.
  • ServSafe certified a preferred
