The company focuses on beverage dispense, HVAC, refrigeration, and installation services, supporting retail and hospitality operations with specialized equipment and field expertise.
Position Summary
Retail Dispense Solutions LLC is seeking a Beverage Dispense Technician to support beverage equipment installations and service work in assigned markets across the United States. This role works closely with a team lead and fellow technicians to complete store assignments safely, efficiently, and to company standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable traveling, and able to troubleshoot, calibrate, and accurately document fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the team lead and fellow technicians to complete assigned stores in designated markets.
  • Perform installations of beverage lines, chillers, ice machines, and beverage dispense equipment.
  • Stay current on new equipment, installation methods, and company processes.
  • Test, calibrate, troubleshoot, and verify performance of installed equipment.
  • Document completed work thoroughly with clear descriptions and appropriate photos.
  • Handle repairs, service issues, and return calls as needed during or after installation.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers, team members, and project leads throughout each assignment.

Required Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of and ability to use common hand and power tools.
  • Ability to climb and work on ladders, in ceilings, and on top of walk-in coolers.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently or with assistance from a team member.
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Ability to travel 50% to 100% depending on assigned market needs.
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Work Location and Schedule
This position supports projects in markets across all 50 states. Work hours may vary, with project schedules occurring between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Compensation and Position Type
