In this role, you’ll work with on-premise customers throughout Southwestern Wisconsin, helping them find the right products for their business while building strong, lasting relationships. The Inside Sales Representative will specialize in the sale of beer, wine, and liquor to on-premise accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the beverage industry, strong communication skills, and a knack for building lasting relationships with clients in a fast-paced, low-volume environment. 


What You'll Do
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of on-premise beer, wine, and liquor accounts throughout designated Southwestern Wisconsin territories.
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding account needs, recommending products, and providing outstanding service.
  • Conduct regular outreach through phone, email, and digital platforms to promote products and drive sales.
  • Process customer orders, answer questions, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Partner with sales and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activity.
  • Use CRM systems and Microsoft Office to track sales activity and generate reports.
  • Support digital sales initiatives, including e-commerce tools and platforms.
  • Follow the PROFIT sales methodology and apply effective sales-call practices.
  • Stay current on supplier quality standards, marketing guidelines, and applicable state and federal alcohol regulations.
  • Identify market trends and sales opportunities and adjust strategies to capitalize on them.

What We're Looking For


We’re looking for someone who is goal-driven, organized, adaptable, and confident communicating with a variety of customers and personalities. The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in beverage, foodservice, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication, customer service, relationship-building, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to influence customers, deliver presentations, and communicate product benefits professionally.
  • Intermediate math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales/order-entry software.
  • E-commerce experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse customers and internal teams, including handling challenging interactions.
  • Willingness to learn and promote beer, wine, and liquor products.
  • Familiarity with eoStar, PROFIT sales methodology, supplier standards, and alcohol regulations is a plus.
