Join a Winning Team in the Beverage Industry!

Capitol Beverage Sales is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Full-Time Helper / Route Relief Driver to join our delivery team in Rogers, Minnesota. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment delivering and merchandising some of the most recognized beverage brands in the market.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver beer and beverage products to retail and on-premise accounts
  • Unload cases and kegs using proper equipment and safety procedures
  • Rotate product inventory and stock shelves
  • Build displays and merchandise products at customer locations
  • Serve as a relief driver covering established delivery routes
  • Invoice customers and collect payments when necessary
  • Assist with unloading returned products at the warehouse
  • Complete second-truck deliveries as assigned
  • Operate forklifts and motorized pallet jacks
  • Maintain clean vehicles, including truck washing when needed

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Beverage industry experience is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply

Physical Requirements

This position is physically demanding and requires:

  • Frequent lifting of 25–30 lb cases
  • Moving and maneuvering kegs weighing up to 165 lbs with equipment assistance
  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, and climbing stairs
  • Working in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity
  • Standing, walking, and lifting throughout the workday
