Wisconsin Distributors is seeking motivated and dependable CDL Route Delivery Drivers to join our team. This position is responsible for safely delivering beverages to customer accounts while providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships along assigned routes.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Deliver beer and beverage products to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, and other customer accounts.
  • Load, unload, and merchandise products at delivery locations.
  • Verify invoices and collect required signatures.
  • Provide professional customer service during every delivery.
  • Effectively communicate with the Sales team and Merchandisers.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Location

  • Start/Finish out of our Appleton Warehouse.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting at $62,000 annually with the opportunity to earn additional commissions.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A license required.
  • Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements.
  • Ability to lift, move, and maneuver products weighing up to 165 lbs. with hand carts and equipment assistance.
  • Strong attendance and reliability.
  • Customer service and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Previous route delivery or beverage distribution experience preferred but not required.
