Overview

Job Title: Beverage Cocktail Server

Salary: $12.14 + tips

Status: Full Time, Part Time, On Call

Shift: Overnight, Swing

Monarch Casino Resort in Black Hawk is a 23-story resort with over 500 rooms, 4 restaurants, and one of the country's top spas.  The Monarch Casino Resort Spa is looking for a passionate Beverage Cocktail Server to join our team!  You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and Team Members.  


Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned side work and maintain a clean work area.
  • Take and correctly ring in drink orders, delivering them promptly to guests.
  • Follow casino/department drink service policies and check IDs to verify guests' age.
  • Monitor guests for safe alcohol consumption and provide recommendations for wine, beer, or spirits.
  • Clear beverages and other items according to sanitation standards and stock service items as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous casino experience preferred.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of the brands of beer, wine and liquors being offered for consumption at the bars and the current prices.
  • Available to work all shifts.
  • Knowledge of Company and Departmental policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to, enforce and practice all alocoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations.
  • Continuously watch for signs of intoxication for the protection and enjoyment of our guests.
  • Adhere to all grooming standards.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
