About us : We are a wild caught seafood market & southern fried seafood restaurant located in the eastern neighborhood of Winston Salem, NC. We are one of the only black & female led fresh seafood markets in the state that has direct roots to the Eastern NC fisherman communities. The fresh market carries over 20 types of local whole fish that we display on our original ice counter where guests can pick out their fish for our fish butchers to clean to order. The other entity of the business is our Eastern NC southern fried restaurant where local seafood is fried to crispy perfection and served with our famous homemade coleslaw, hush puppies, and other chef specialties.

Position Summary

The Beverage Cart Server is responsible for providing outstanding food and beverage service to golfers throughout the course. This position operates a motorized beverage cart, offering beverages and light snacks while delivering exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional, and safe manner. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, and comfortable working independently in an outdoor environment.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a motorized golf cart beverage cart throughout the golf course.
  • Greet golfers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Sell and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and other approved merchandise.
  • Verify identification and comply with all state and local alcohol service laws.
  • Restock beverages, snacks, ice, and supplies as needed.
  • Assist with clubhouse food and beverage operations as needed before or after beverage cart service.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age (or minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate a golf cart over varying terrain.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
