OVERVIEW

The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional member service and experiences by delivering beverages and snacks on the golf course or other outdoor venue. This position requires a friendly and outgoing personality, as well as the ability to drive and operate a beverage cart safely and efficiently.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive and operate the beverage cart around the golf course or outdoor venue.

Efficiently and accurately take and prepare Member/guest orders using a mobile payment system or point-of-sales entries.

Ensure the beverage cart is fully stocked and organized throughout the shift.

Provide exceptional Member/guest service by making recommendations, answering questions, and engaging with Members/guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of Members/guests.

Perform regular sanitizing and cleaning of the beverage cart, including restocking products, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.

Accurately complete closing duties at the end of each shift, including inventory management and cleaning procedures.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills, including a friendly and outgoing personality.

Ability to operate a beverage cart safely and efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
